Turtle Hill is a fully appointed island home nestled on the top of a hillside overlooking Flamingo Bay and Marina. Stunning views of the ocean, cruise ships slipping in and out of the Charlotte Amalie harbor and sunsets can be enjoyed from Turtle Hill. Turtle Hill is a two story home.
You will have the use of two large bedrooms. Each bedroom opens to the veranda and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bedroom has two twin beds. The twin beds can be used separately or moved together and converted for use as one larger bed; perfect and convenient for one or two couples, a vacation with four friends or a family.
A large cathedral ceiling great room with a galley kitchen opens to the main living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully functional with all necessary items to prepare snacks and meals at home.
Seating areas for dining are available in two locations outside making it very easy to eat breakfast while enjoying the tropical scenery or enjoy dinner and a cocktail under the moon and stars in the evening. A dining table is also available inside.

Island Amenities and Recreation
Provision Service is available on island through Pirate's Ridge Deli. Have your groceries waiting for you at Turtle Hill when you arrive.
Ferry Service: Convenient daily ferry runs between St. Thomas and Water Island for easy day trips.
Beaches: Honeymoon Beach is a short drive from Turtle Hill Vacation Home. It is a beautiful and often sparsely populated bay. Other beaches on island include Spray Bay and Limestone Beach.
Hiking around the island is a lot of fun, enjoy the pretty vistas along the relatively traffic free island roads.
Bike Tour: Enjoy a little sport by taking the Water Island Adventures Bike Tour.
Snorkeling: Go snorkeling at Honeymoon Beach in the morning, take a picnic lunch and drinks with you and relax in the afternoon, all while enjoying the scenic beauty of the island.
Shopping: Ready for shopping, head over on the ferry to St. Thomas’ Charlotte Amalie where you will find world-renowned shopping as well as historical attractions and restaurants.
Restaurants: Heidi’s Honeymoon Grill on Honeymoon Bay is open daily for lunch during season and may close one day a week during off season. They serve a special dinner on weekends and have a movie night on the beach, usually on Mondays.
Joe’s Beach Bar is also on Honeymoon Bay and they are open daily during season and may close one day a week during off season. They offer drinks and snacks right on the beach. Special pot luck bbq on Sundays.
Be sure to visit the bulletin board in Phillips Landing (where the ferry comes in) for Heidi’s and Joe’s opening hours and specials!
Nightlife: Water Island is pretty quiet in the evenings. Do plan on joining residents at Heidi's for movie night and weekend dinner; and at Joe’s for afternoon happy hour and Sunday BBQ with live music.
Fishing, Diving, Charters: Watersports activities can be arranged through operators on St. Thomas.
Water Island is a perfect destination to get away from it all and Turtle Hill is the perfect place to embrace the tranquility the island offers.
