Sea Breeze Villa is on one of the highest hilltop locations of Water Island. You will enjoy a breathtaking 360 degree, unobstructed, panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, Water Island, and 6 surrounding islands. The villa has vaulted ceilings, a modern open floor plan with over 1200 square feet of spacious interior living space. The villa is surrounded on 3 sides by glass patio doors which lead out to a 1000 square foot wraparound covered veranda ideal for dining and lounging.

Sea Breeze Villa is located on a quite private lot with spacious indoor/outdoor living. From the veranda of the Villa you will view spectacular sunsets and sunrises, as well as breathtaking day and night vistas. Watch the cruise ships come and go as St. Thomas provides a backdrop of twinkling lights.

Sea Breeze Villa is safe and secure with friendly locals always willing to give a
helping hand or advice.

The hilltop location provides continuous gentle tropical breezes to keep you
cool and refreshed.

We will pick you up at the ferry dock upon arrival from St. Thomas and acquaint you with the island and the villa.

Sea Breeze Villa is the perfect place to enjoy sugar-white sand, Caribbean blue waters …and escape into paradise!
