We relocated to beautiful Water Island in 2007 after purchasing and completely renovating a home here. With twenty years of experience in the service and construction industry, it seemed only natural to start a property management business on Water Island.

Our mission with Sandcastle Property Management is to provide the best service available in guest and property management. In order to do this, we have made the decision to limit our services to a small number of properties that we can personally manage. This way we can give the appropriate amount of time and effort necessary to maintain a client's property as if it were our very own.
